Overview
Our client, a leading financial organisation located in the heart of Birmingham are currently recruiting a Lead Generator to join their fast-paced, dynamic and fun team. You will receive a competitive salary, excellent bonus scheme and regular work socials. As the Lead Generator you will be responsible for: Making high volume outbound sales calls to potential clients UK wide Establishing contact with decision makers within the business Responding to incoming leads via the website and marketing campaigns Identifying client finance and funding needs Discussing a range of funding and leasing options available to meet client needs Maintaining a comprehensive CRM system and call back system Negotiating the best deal to meet client requirements Building rapport and relationships with clients to encourage repeat business The successful candidate for the role of Lead Generator will have: Previous outbound sales experience Target driven and competitive mind set Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion and desire to earn The Lead Generator will receive a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000pa, OTE £30,000.
