Customer Account Manager - Glasgow city centre, permanent job, £25-£30k OTE up to 60K Your new company You will join a well established business based in the heard of Glasgow city centre, with an established presence across Scotland. Operating in the financial services sector, this business is looking to continue their growth and development, and require the support of a proven customer account manager to achieve their aims and ambitions. Your new role Customer Account Manager manages the relationships with the people who are applying for debt solutions and trust deeds and manages these through the whole process. The successful candidate will not engage in cold calling as their CRM system generates the lead and you will follow them up. You will manage the customer journey and offer advice and solutions. You will be responsible for managing multiple accounts so will have to be organised and determined. What you'll need to succeed You will be a compassionate individual as you will be discussing the subject of debt which can be sensitive. You will be a personable and outgoing individual who is determined to gain an outcome and commitment. You will act as a confidant and friend to chat to through the process while offering them solutions. You will be a good listener as you will be building trusting relationships and relate conversations back to the customer's journey.
