It doesn't matter If you're outgoing, confident and target-driven, full training will be provided to ensure your success as Sales Advisor. Free fitness classes are available to you (even during the workday) The Role This is a busy and varied position which involves: Selling memberships to prospect clients Processing membership Liaising closely with fitness coaches Creating social media campaigns Managing customer enquiries (walk-ins and online) Attending events to promote the brand Front of house duties About You You will have: Ability to build excellent client relationships A proactive approach Relevant experience in sales (ideal) Flexibility in your schedule (must be able to commit to early, late and weekend shifts) The Important Stuff £21,000 OTE Free parking Shift patterns mean working hours can vary between early, midday and late shifts. (5am starts or 11pm finishes are possible).
