Position: Kitchen Sales Designer Location: Winchester, Hampshire Salary: Competitive Basic Salary Plus Commission OTE £100k, excellent training and development TALENTED KITCHENS SALES DESIGNERS Our Client: Become part of a prestigious Group that has gone from strength to strength to become a true market leader and the natural choice for discerning clients. Their commitment to further investment means that they now need more Sales Designers. You will be joining a company with strong values, one which genuinely respects its people and rewards them with uncapped commission. You will be given a position in their stunning showroom in Winchester allowing you to benefit from their national advertising and gaining you access to their enviable database of quality leads. Full training and ongoing design support are provided to ensure that every Sales Designer achieves maximum success. The Candidate: Kitchen Sales Designer In return they need you to bring enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a commitment to customer service. A strong sales record in the kitchen industry is desired but what’s more important to them is high calibre empathy and listening skills allowing you to understand clients’ needs and sell solutions.
