Overview

Salary: £18,000-£21,000 per annum plus uncapped commission Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday Netwirking Ltd are working with a business based in Morpeth as they look to add a telesales professional to their friendly, in house team. My client have been operating in their sector for the past 30 years and you will be joining a small team within an office environment. Key Responsibilities Include: Generate leads (mainly through outbound telesales) Quote leads generated through own outbound work and inbound leads from our marketing activities Following up and closing quotes Creating a call plan via the CRM system Work independently to achieve your own targets. About You: At least one years’ experience in a similar role A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets through planning and executing effective sales strategies Experience in communicating over the phone and via email with customers Good organisational skills. The role is fast paced, and you will be expected to manage your own workload effectively. A fast learner of products and services - and be willing to keep developing and enhancing this knowledge, Driven to achieve and exceed targets, Attentive to detail, with an organised approach to everything you do
