Overview
Business Development Manager in Yorkshire required for an to hugely successful, international 2nd tier retail distribution company. The business is highly profitable and has an extensive and varied existing customer base which includes well established, high profile retailers. The role is paying a basics salary of £40,000 - £50,000 generous bonus company car and private medical. THE JOB: Covering the northern part of the UK and working in a home based role the ideal candidate will: Have previous 2nd tier retail sales experience dealing with national and international retail businesses. Be constantly seeking new, alternative and innovative methods of achieving or surpassing business goals on a collaborative basis. Have experience and the ability to up sell to existing customers and open doors to new client opportunities. Have the ability to manage existing accounts professionally using up to date account management techniques. Able to communicate effectively. THE PERSON: Proven sales Business development experience Experience selling to online and high street retailers Ability to learn the business and industry sector Excellent communicator THE BENEFITS: £40,000 - £50,000 generous bonus company car and private medical.
