We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join ourhead officeteam based in Warrington, with easy access from M62. Joining us on a full-time permanent basis - OTE £70,000 (totally uncapped) Over the past 11 years, 360 Resourcing Solutions have firmly established ourselves as a market leader in online candidate attraction. What you'll be doing as our Business Development Manager You’ll be concerned with improving and growing a specific set of industry sectors in our business, by fostering and developing relationships with prospects. You will need to work to drive high-level SAAS sales through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets. Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services Generate leads and cold call prospective customers. Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation and meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone Fully understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these with strategic solutions Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement the necessary tactics to deliver your objective Have a thorough understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them Have a first class commercial understanding in order to negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate Your skills as Business Development Manager: Great communications skills, business-minded and drive to succeed with sound commercial acumen You will need to demonstrate a recent and thorough background in delivering complex solution led sales in the software sector, preferably focussing on the recruitment and HR processes within businesses. This is a consultative sales role and so excellent rapport building skills and the ability to deliver relationships across a range of decision-makers is essential.
