Territory Account Manager - FMCG - Convenience Job Role: Territory Account Manager Location: Glasgow Sector/Industry: FMCG - Convenience Salary: £30,000 -£40,000 Company Car or Car Allowance THE OPPORTUNITY: Do you want to work for an innovative, forward thinking FMCG organisation where the people are at the heart of its culture? The role reports to the UK Sales Manager and is a key member of the sales operation to drive success of the product portfolio with high street and grocery customers in the UK. THE ROLE: Managing key UK multiple customers through positive relationships to deliver profitable and sustainable growth, launching and driving availability, while executing promotional plans for the business. Lead the development and delivery of a targeted commercial strategy to capture business opportunities across a portfolio of strategic customer accounts. Meet and exceed all KPIs for your customer account portfolio. Maintain and grow existing accounts and other selected customers. Identify and drive viable new business opportunities. Negotiate terms and logistics with new and existing customers to accelerate business growth Effectively manage all new product launches to drive initial listings and maximise availability and revenue growth Monitor and report on competitor activity in the UK market, identify changes and emerging trends in customer and consumer buying patterns. Ensure clear communication of relevant business opportunities and issues through attending relevant meetings and providing comprehensive sales reports/analysis when required Complete all specified administration including business plans, reports, promotional proposals, presentations, evaluations and pricing controls.
