Tenancy Progression Manager - £28K - £35K salary - West London EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a highly professional, high calibre independent estate agency based in Kensington with over 20 years’ experience dealing with residential property for Lettings and Sales in Kensington and Prime Central London. We are recruiting a Tenancy Progression Manager to deal with tenancy administration once a new letting has been agreed, you will be producing and organising tenancy agreements, references, deposits and ensuring move ins are handled correctly and smoothly. The ideal candidate will be ARLA qualified and have experience in tenancy progression and have a thorough understanding in all aspects of the lettings process. The role is available for a March start date but interviews are taking place now. The role/responsibilities: Working closely with the Lettings team to deal with new lettings administration Produce tenancy agreements and arrange to be signed Liaising with Landlords and tenants Uploading and managing tenancy details on the CRM Managing landlord and tenant due diligence checks Ensuring compliance is met (EPCs, Gas Safety Certs etc) Obtaining tenant references and immigration checks Managing deposit registrations and releases Arrange any pre tenancy cleaning Organise changes of utilities Managing end of tenancy arrangements and deposit releases Experience/skills required: 3 years experience in a Lettings/tenancy administration role ARLA qualification Experience in all the tasks listed for the role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook Calm, organised and ability to prioritise workload Looking for a long-term career Benefits/Package on offer: £28k - £35k Salary per annum Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm Opportunity for career development and progression with high calibre company Work in a close-knit professional team with excellent staff retention To apply for this role please send your CV or alternatively contact Nikki at EA Recruitment to discuss this role in more detail.
