Description: We're all about connecting people, and in order to provide the best service possible, we need a dedicated team who strive to make our end of tenancy process as seamless as possible. As part of the wider ops team, you'll be an integral part of our customer journey - you'll be the bridge between our landlords, agents and tenants and our product can't thrive without you! Who you are: * Own the collection and verification of information required from agents and landlords to successfully process end of tenancy charges * Help tenants in their interaction with the flatfair platform so that they can accept, dispute or negotiate any charges and claims made by the landlord or managing agent. This could include explaining the sometimes complex world of property rules, regulations and law * Follow, improve and iterate on our end of tenancy process, using data and technology to ensure the operation is as smooth as possible * Project manage multiple cases at once, maintaining an excellent standard of service * Ensure transparency across both stakeholders and colleagues, communicating the process, outcomes and challenges relating to settling end of tenancy charges * Through the application of all of the available tools, aim to close every case with a successful payment by the tenant of each of the eventual charges which have been allocated so that the landlord is reimbursed in accordance with the tenancy agreement. What you'll do: * Well versed in the property industry and especially in the management of residential tenancies. * Building rapport quickly is something you don't even need to try to achieve; it comes as naturally as wanting to provide a great service * A strong believer in what we're trying to achieve, becoming a product and process expert is your priority * Able to facilitate negotiations to make them as frictionless, fair and transparent as possible * You understand the importance of attention to detail, and are able to follow through on a process (or improve it as needed!) * Able to use your knowledge of residential tenancies, the checkout process and property management generally to train and help managing agents and landlords use the flatfair products fairly and efficiently.
