It's exhilarating, and we have a lot of ideas (some excellent, some less so), but we now need you - an ambitious and driven End of Tenancy Lead witha proven track record - who can help flatfair to become the Operating System for renting. As flatfair'sEnd of Tenancy,you will be responsible for overseeing our end of tenancy team and be responsible for the ongoing risk performance of the business. You'll nurture a robust team and have direct impact on the experience of our customers as well asour risk position. What you'll do: * Lead and own the end of tenancy process at flatfair * Own the risk position of the business, developing and tweaking processes to balance out an amazing customer experience with ensuring risks are properly covered. * Ensure compliance with key business processes is adhered to across the team * Build and motivate a leadingteam of operations associates Who you are: * Proven track record working at a senior level in a claims or collections environment. Prior risk advisory, legal, insurance or claimsis a massive advantagefor the role. Experience within residential lettings is desired but not essential * Impecable attention to detail * Solid experience of building, managing and motivatingoperational teams to success * Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication and influencing skills * Ability to anticipate issues, identify solutions and provide clear guidance to the management as well as other areas of the business * Highly numeric - able to use Excel to get from data to insights for decision making What's in it for you: * Whatever gear you need to best do your thing (Macs / PCs, iphones / S8 etc) * Holidays: 25 days' holiday a year (plus UK public holidays), and we encourage you to use them all up! * Learning and training: We'll contribute towards training courses and conferences that help you learn and grow professionally and personally * Personal development: Following a motivating career path, we value growth from within the busines and encourage people to step up. *Please note this is a speculative vacancy so we are still able to receive applications during this time.
