Overview
A global Media distributer is looking to bring on a German speaking Billing Executive. Due to growth and another successful year in the booming industry that is broadcasting, this influential and highly reputable business are looking for an additional member to join the finance team in their fun and fast paced office. As the Billing Executive, you will be offered an annual salary of up to £25,000 alongside some fantastic company benefits. You will be working for an innovative and exciting business who offer a fun and vibrant place to work with plenty of progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities will include: Support the sales process from initial quoting on orders to raising sales invoices Responsible for creating and invoicing all German sales invoices Effective tracking and chasing up of all purchase orders required for payment To effectively communicate and manage relationships with German customers Ensure invoicing and account queries are dealt with in a timely manor Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Line Manager As the Billing Executive you MUST be able to write and converse fluently in German. You will have some knowledge or experience working within an office-based environment and you must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain working relationships.
