Senior Travel Specialist / Travel Agent / Luxury Sales Consultant / Travel Sales Consultant. Location: London Role: Luxury Travel Consultant Salary: £34,000k- £36,000k Basic Commission This small but punchy travel boutique are on the lookout for a Senior Luxury Africa Travel Consultant, the sales team is small but these guys have a big chunk of the market across many destinations, This really is a fantastic opportunity for a mid to senior level specialist who is looking for a new environment and a fresh challenge that is equally rewarding. To be considered you MUST have a wealth of experience in the Luxury travel industry, Africa knowledge is an absolute must, especially Eastern and Southern Africa. Tasks & responsibilities: Provide packages that are “tailor-made” and suited to the individual needs of our clients. Provide outstanding customer service. Ensure quality control for all documentation, ensuring the content is always accurate. Liaise with ground suppliers in your specific list market area Work towards and strive to exceed sales targets /KPI’s Skill Attributes: Proven Experience exceeding sales targets. Excellent written and Oral Skills. Strong geographical and product knowledge of the relevant destinations. Attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, and a polite phone manner. The ability to prioritise workload and demonstrating good organisational skills. Working knowledge of any GDS ( Galileo. Sabre or Amadeus ) is a plus.
