I am partnering an iconic, global fashion house to find a Supervisor for a prestigious London location. The role is fast paced, demanding and exciting Responsibilities The sales Supervisor partners with the Sales Manager in the coaching and development of the sales team. Through effective management and support they enable Sales Professionals to manage and develop their client base Achieve sales goals and deliver consistently high customer service. Daily team supervision Building relationships with clients Manage Store systems and operations Develop strategies to ensure targets are met Act as a brand ambassador. Skills required Previous retail management experience within the luxury industry Proven abilities in people management, coaching, customer development and driving sales results.
