BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE LEEDS CITY CENTRE UP TO £24,000 BASIC SALARY £35K OTE INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL FLEXIBLE WORKING MORE Get Recruited are currently working with a dynamic and well-established company based in Leeds, who operate successfully within an exciting and innovative sector. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Business Development Executive to join their sales team. This rapidly expanding company has strong existing relationships with some of the most well-known household brands globally, and they are seeking motivated individuals from a telesales, sales, business development, outbound sales background to play a key part in their growth. If you are wanting to join a company who can offer you regular international travel to America, Europe and beyond, then send your CV in for immediate consideration THE ROLE: As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities Speaking with key decision makers, fully qualifying each lead Consulting prospective clients on the range of services on offer Securing appointments for a demonstration of the product to take place Using the CRM in order to update and maintain a pipeline Communicate progress to your manager via weekly updates and monthly reviews Working towards set targets and KPI's Complete other duties as required THE PERSON: At least 1 years' experience within a telesales, sales, business development, outbound sales position Knowledge of the publishing / media sector is desirable but not essential Eager to achieve and generate new business Evidence of exceeding targets Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at one time Strong communication skills High attention to detail Commercial acumen THE BENEFITS: Up to £24,000 basic salary £35K OTE (uncapped) Flexible working options All expenses paid trips to America, Europe and more 33 days holiday Excellent progression opportunities TO APPLY: Shortlisting is taking place for this role soon so please send your CV in for immediate consideration Get Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
