Overview
Dove & Hawk have recently been instructed on a new Property Manager vacancy with a well-established independent estate agency based in their West Hampstead office. The successful candidate will be an experienced Property Manager ideally with experience in the borough of Camden or West Hampstead area. HMO experience would also be a bonus but not essential. Duties will include: Responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 200 properties across the West Hampstead/North West London area Answering general enquires Liaising with both tenants and landlords on a daily basis Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC's and other legal documentation Ensuring administration is up to date Handling deposits Conducting property inspections Maintaining standards according to ARLA and company policies Managing tenancy renewals Must haves: Minimum of 18 months experience as Property Manager dealing with borough of Camden/West Hampstead area HMO experience is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication Must be adaptable to all types of clients ARLA preferred but not essential NO driving needed (great transport links) Package & Hours: £28-40,000 salary (dep on exp within the area of West Hampstead/Camden Mon-Thurs 9am-6.30pm, Fri 9am-6pm Start ASAP Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
