Overview

Serves as an internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries, quotes and services. Supports the development of new accounts and the development of new opportunities within established accounts through service excellence and customer service. To support and promote continued growth of new business. Develops sales leads through cold calling, internet research, trade show leads, trade magazines and other suitable resources. Manages the sales process by promptly responding to all inquiries as necessary to present information. Prepares cost proposals of services for clients, using applicable questionnaires & worksheets. Sends proposals to clients & conducts follow-up calls to provide further information, answers questions and documents these activities for further follow-up. Maintains accurate & complete client files, including the input of new/existing client information into the shared sales database. Establishes and maintains a list of preferred contacts based on reputation, influence and personal judgement. Works with Technical Account Managers, Technical Specialists, Strategic Account Managers, Operation Managers, PGMs, Certifiers, and Field Services. High level of initiative to meet or exceed targeted goals with minimal supervision. Ability to prepare cost proposal promptly to meet customer's needs.
