Overview
Are you a successful Business Development Managers or Sales Managers and have a real interest in the Cosmetics Industry and based in Scotland (Inverness) I am looking for dynamic and successful Business Development Managers and Divisional Sales professionals, who thrive on success and goals and loves the idea of working with a global brand. Looking after the various areas Scotland, you must be familiar with multicultural and diverse, vibrant Cosmetic scene and have a real passion for working for a fabulous, global brand in the cosmetics sector. We’re looking for people that are: Highly successful within a commercial sales environment, with proven excellence in driving results through strong leadership capability and sound business acumen. Analytically astute, with the ability to manage and interpret all financial aspects of a Division including: budget, sales, expenses, profit and growth. Clear and confident communicators with the ability the cascade business strategies throughout our teams, so that they remain motivated and committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets. People that can role model an entrepreneurial mind-set, confident in driving a social selling model and embracing new and innovative ideas. Proven in motivating others to deliver strong sales results through people across multiple geographies. Experienced within methods and techniques of Retail, FMCG, Insurance / Finance, direct selling or Pharmaceutical sales. Results driven, with a desire to personally grow and develop within the company using their strong management skills, and ability to inspire and lead others. Confident at developing effective working relationships, with prior experience of managing, coaching and developing sales teams through various communication channels. Lovers of change, with the resilience and ability to think on their feet and quickly adapt to change and new ways of working. This role is a field based role, so a Full UK Driving license is essential.
