Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a Special Orders Coordinator to join a large, well establish business located in Harlow. Furthermore, working as a part of their Contact Centre team, our client requires an individual with experience in providing outstanding levels of customer service and can also, proactively grow awareness of a wide range of the company's products and service. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for contacting existing B2B customers and offering our special orders service. Qualify and progress incoming enquiries for specific products whilst working with couriers to ensure smooth collection and delivery. Working closely with high profile customers for day to day requirements and assisting with large projects. Maintaining relationships with all customers and ensuring all deadlines are met. Work alongside the purchasing team and new and existing suppliers to source the best solutions at the best prices. Raise and progress customer orders and suppliers purchase orders where applicable ensuring delivery dates are met. Prepare quotations for incoming customers within agreed and measured time frames and also prepare quotations for the field sales team. Working closely with the warehouse in order to make sure that all turnaround times are met and workload is managed.
