Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Harlow Req ID: 159212BR Job Description: This role will be supporting some of our key business areas with a direct to market model to perform end-to-end recruitment in line with business requirements (but on occasion we utilise a blended approach so the ability to liaise with agencies to ensure appropriate SLAs are met). You will regularly liaise with hiring managers and HR-Business partners to fill vacant positions in alignment with business objectives. Therefore it is needed to source and pre-qualify candidates that match the role requirements. You will work with the managers to create internal and external adverts to attract candidates. Sourcing and selection element is key to demonstrate outstanding knowledge of the business, employer branding and sourcing channels. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is required to act independently in setting priorities and execute strict processes, without close supervision, but at the same time working closely with the Recruitment Business Partner for support. Reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner, you will also be required to provide reporting/metrics and activity on the vacancies weekly. A proactive approach will be needed to ensure you can recruit effectively in a fast moving environment. Recruiting for a variety of locations (UK based primarily), reqs & functions including Engineering (Software, Systems and Technology), Programme Leadership, Commercial, Finance, IT, Quality etc also working on any other vacancy's as and when required. Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, candidate experience, offer management and working closely with Recruitment Operations team to ensure contracts and new starter are starting in a timely manner. At the same time, working with the wider HR team to ensure the internal recruitment procedures and processes are adhered to and ensure that the HR function deliver to our service level agreements. Candidate Requirements • Previous experience in a Internal recruitment in a process driven environment, managing the full 360 Recruitment lifecycle • Proven track record in direct to market recruitment, including writing job advertisements, job board database searches including LinkedIn, Job boards etc. • Excellent candidate management experience • Ability to work closely with key stakeholders throughout the business and influence as required • Understanding and experience of recruiting IT/Technical/Engineering staff • Ability to provide accurate updates, metrics and reporting on activity • Attention to detail is key • Working within a fast moving environment Desirable • Experience working on Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Brassring, but not essential • Previous experience in a process driven environment • Degree educated or similar Raytheon Career Development: Raytheon has a wealth of resources available to help you develop your career from the moment you join.
