We are looking to continue to grow 40% year on year - as we have done in the past 10 years - not only in terms of profit or market domination but also when it come to the number of people working in our offices, which include Prague, Bucharest and Boston. We are looking to grow in particular our office in London based on the 32nd floor of CitiBank Building, in Canary Wharf, one of the finest financial hubs in Europe. As part of your daily responsibilities, you would be expected to build networks in your specific industry and liaise with companies (clients) and employees (candidates), making relevant connections between the two. Here we all start as trainees and we all have the chance of progressing quickly in the career ladder - a true meritocratic environment . The average time for people to be promoted from trainees to recruitment consultants is 2 to 3 months and to team leader is only 2 years. But the best thing about NonStop, is that it is always performance dependent - so it is really up to you beat all the records and have the fastest promotion to director (you would need to do it in less than 5 years). Besides that, NonStop Consulting can provide you with great earning potential . On top of the basic salary of £20.000 you would be able add to that commission for all the placements you make - we work with an uncapped commission structure that goes all the way up to 40% , which makes it possible for you to earn £40.000 in the first year alone (performance dependant). Some of our best performers earn more than £100.000/year after a few years in the business And on top of that you can be eligible to be rewarded even further with supercars and six figure bonuses, once hitting specific targets. In order to be a successful recruitment consultant, you need to be very driven, ambitious and an excellent communicator. Being bilingual in English and Spanish or English and German would be preferable, but we are also looking for English speakers. We do not require any experience in order for you to be considered for the position, as we provide an award-winning training programme to everyone who joins any of our offices.
