Job description: Are you looking to accelerate your career in sales? We are in search of a dynamic and highly motivated individual looking to join a world class sales and marketing team. As a Team Leader – TeleSales in a high growth technology company this role is paying £26,000 up to £36000 OTE based in Glasgow. Key responsibilities; Primarily desk based, you will support the field sales team to identify, qualify and create opportunities for sales engagement in order to achieve sales results. The role will include the day to day management of the team of 5, including HR duties, performance management and reporting, as well as allowing for time managing your own outbound dialling, pipeline and lead conversion. Prospecting new potential customers using various methods including cold calling, event and campaign follow ups and social media. You will be able to hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email. Using tools provided to identify ideal target customers and proactively nurture pipeline. As well as identifying new prospects, activity will include engaging current customers to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence. Working closely with Sales teams to develop and deepen accounts, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools provided. The primary KPI for the team will be to successfully schedule appointments and demos for sales team members. Experience: Sales management – leadership and coaching of a team is a must for this role. Demonstrable experience in driving performance, motivating a sales team and developing sales skills CRM experience - Salesforce ideal including reporting and data management Proven track record in desk-based sales performance Numerate and literate to a high standard and PC skills to intermediate level – MS Office / Excel a must Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win
