Training and achievable progression Location; Cheltenham Zachary Daniels is looking to recruit an experienced Part Time Assistant Manager or Supervisor for 24 hours per week. You will have a passion for customer service and driving results. This retailer prides themselves on giving their customers an inspiring store experience. We will consider candidates in premium and high street fashion, accessories, footwear, jewellery, beauty or homewares. If you love to take ownership and see your team excel this is the role for you. Responsibilities include: Leading in personal customer service. Coaching, motivating and leading your team. Having a presence on the sales floor and driving sales. Interacting with customers, building relationships and creating an energised and positive environment. Maintaining excellent standards and acting as a brand ambassador. Visual merchandising, analysing commercial reports and making decisions. Managing performance to include goal setting, development and appraisals.
