The company consists of nine recruitment brands, focusing primarily on products within the enterprise resource planning, client relationship management, big data and cloud computing segments. In line with our continuous expansion plans, Frank Recruitment Group are seeking experienced, motivated and ambitious IT Recruitment Consultant to join our Newcastle Office based in St Nicholas Building in the city centre. What the role entails: Business Development to foster new business relationships with clients Resourcing top talent to match our clients' requirements Selling on multiple levels throughout the recruitment process Coordinating interviews and negotiating salaries and rates Accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process Driving marketing activity through different channels, such as social media, job boards etc. Requirements: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Impeccable work ethic and ability to think on your feet Fluency in English language 'Can do' attitude Good understanding of negotiation strategies and sales methods Previous experience in the field of sales, recruitment, business development or customer service Knowledge of other languages would be a definite plus (preferably Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Polish or Swedish) What we offer: Competitive base salary Uncapped commission scheme (OTE in 2nd year GBP 30000 to 35000) Industry-leading training programme Clear career development plan 5 star incentive trips (most recently we've been to the likes of New York, Tokyo, Miami, Sardinia, Jamaica to name a few) Frequent social events /Fine dining in top Newcastle restaurants Attendance at prestigious industry events both in the UK and around the world Our current vacancies are full-time, permanent roles.
