Overview
M4 Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a renowned Travel Business based within Wiltshire. Job Purpose To ensure flight bookings and queries are dealt with through Galileo in a cost effective and efficient manner in order to help Product, Sales, Concierge and Customer Support. Supporting our offices in UK, Dubai, Germany, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa. Typical activities Supporting Sales, Concierge, Product and Customer Service with all flights queries Ability to upsell different classes or alternative airlines, deviations from packages, amendments to existing bookings, pricing/routing questions. Booking, confirming and issuing tickets for any Galileo bookings on a daily basis Updating package spreadsheets with up to date flight prices to ensure accuracy for Sales and Products Updating internal system with accurate flight information Providing assistance to Global product teams Dealing with and clearing queues on a daily basis, including those bookings with automated responses from airlines and schedule changes Accurately quoting out of system range flights Help support crises management when required Skill set required: Essential Attention to Detail Good Organisation Understanding of airline contracts/processes Ability to use Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre Basic skills on Microsoft office software M4 Recruitment is an employment business and operates as an equal opportunities employer.
