Property Manager Central London £28,000-£32,000 One of the most reputable independent estate agents in the London market is currently looking for a Property Manager in their Zone 1 office. This is an exciting opportunity to get into a well-established and growing firm if you have previous experience as a Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Property Management experience, and have a can do and positive attitude. Property Manager - Company Profile: This company is a well-established, multi-office independent property company with a reputation as a friendly, honest and customer service focused estate agent. Their offices are based in key central London locations. They have won numerous awards and have one of the strongest brands in the market. They offer on-going training and development for all their team. They have also branched into the maintenance side of the business, as well as land acquisition and asset management. Property Manager - Duties: Managing a portfolio of over 100 properties Overseeing tenancy administration and progression Drawing up tenancy agreements Arranging Gas safety certificates and EPCs. Carrying out inspections and sending reports to landlords Developing excellent long term relationships with clients and tenants Assisting the lettings team Organising maintenance and contractors Providing exceptional customer service at all times Property Manager - Character Profile: Pro-active and can do attitude At least 3 years' experience Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Customer service focussed Energetic personality with a drive to succeed Organised and able to multi-task and prioritise Driving License Required Package for Property Manager role: Basic: £28,000-£32,000, Hours: 9am to 6:30pm on Mondays to Fridays Great pension scheme Please contact Ben Pickering immediately if you would like to apply for this role as a Property Manager.
