Regional Sales Manager - Manufacturing £40,000 - £50,000 per annum 5k Car 20% bonus Benefits North West based/ EMEA region A market-leading global manufacturing business is looking to hire a consultative and ambitious Regional Sales Manager. This is an exciting new role & seen as a key position in the future growth of the company across the UK & Europe. Working alongside the Global Sales Director you will drive the growth of the business across all existing and target accounts, with accountability for the engagement and management of new and existing accounts. You will be responsible for: Providing assessment of new customers and markets as well as assisting the development and introduction of new products Developing new customer relationships; primarily through prospecting, face to face meetings and sales presentations Growing business by identifying qualified opportunities Implementing a sales strategy and ensuring the company meets revenue and profit objectives through new business development and maintenance of existing accounts Establishing, building and expanding relationships with existing and potential customers at multiple levels in the organisation Managing sales lead follow-up Preparing annual customer plans and sales strategies, forecasting expected future sales Handling technical and commercial questions from existing and potential customers Successful candidate requirements: A minimum of 4 years’ field sales experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to plan ahead, manage time effectively and prioritise workloads Highly motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets Pro-active, self-motivated with a strong work ethic Strong team player, with the ability to work remotely & ability to travel In return you will be given the opportunity to work for an industry-leading global business offering an excellent package and genuine career opportunity.
