Regional Managers (Contract Cleaning Division) Manchester / Birmingham / Nottingham £neg, 25 days holiday, Car and Mobile phone The Company One of the UK's most respected Commercial Cleaning, Security and Support Services organisation have a significant opportunities for Industry experienced Regional Managers in the locations above. They are looking for Regional Managers to oversee daily cleaning contracts throughout your geographical. The Role They are looking for area contract managers to oversee daily cleaning contracts throughout your region. Supporting their Domestic and Office Cleaning contracts from their Manchester, Birmingham and Nottingham offices. You will be required to work flexi hours to accommodate over seeing all your contracts. The Person The ideal person will have solid management experience within the cleaning services industry, excellent communicational skills, be able to organise staff and work on own initiative. You must be personable, well motivated, and enthusiastic with good attention to detail. * Solid Contract Management experience within the cleaning industry ideally with Domestic and Office contracts. * Proven ability to manage, motivate a team of people are essential for this hands-on role. * A current driving licence.
