Account Manager, Halstead £27,000 - £30,000 Permanent Are you seeking a new opportunity within a highly professional and well-established business whom take pride in their staff? Build and develop client accounts in order to excel targets Provide and implement reports and appraisals Maintain regular client contact in order to build relationships and drive business Ensure client timescales and concerns are addressed in a timely manner Oversee sales processes and support the teams where appropriate Proactively manage allocated Account Manager Assistant and Account Co-ordinator to assist with all duties and processes Proficiently work alongside Head of Sales to ensure all values are adhered to and sales are exceeded and seen through with Attended regular client visits to maintain and build relationships with Sales Directors and Associates Presenting products and services to various clients on boarding them etc Creating monthly KPI's in order to achieve targets set by Directors The successful candidate will be highly experienced within the property industry and can provide excellent customer service with a strategic and professional approach. Ability to train and guide support teams. Highly organised and high attention detail is essential when managing a fast-paced office environment. 9:00 - 18:00 Office based Position Monday to Friday with the flexibility to assist and attend client sites also, along with occasional meetings held on weekends.
