Up to £23k OTE £10k first year Additional day off for your birthday Relaxed working environment and local parking A Cloud-based Software company based near Cribbs Causeway are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their ever-growing team. You will be working in a great office atmosphere where you can really grow both personally and professionally. This role will give you all the tools and training to eventually progress into a field-based Business Development position. What you’ll be doing: Sourcing for new business leads via different channels including search engines. Contacting leads to gain interest on products the company can offer. Gaining interest and booking appointments for field-based staff to attend. Handling field-based staff’s diaries to ensure appointments are managed effectively. Dealing with inbound enquires and converting into appointments. Achieving lead conversion rate and activity targets. What experience you’ll require: Previous experience within B2B outbound sales. Knowledge of the Software industry would be beneficial but not essential. The passion to progress into a field-based role What you’ll get in return for your talents: Not only will you receive a basic salary of up to £23,000 per annum but you will also work to an annual OTE of £10,000 in addition. The company also give performance related pay reviews which gives you the opportunity to increase your basic salary whilst still earning great commission.
