Overview
My client, a rapidly expanding provider of Serviced Apartments is looking to add to their growing Sales team. They are looking for a Corporate Sales manager, based out of their London office, to bring in new business. We are looking for someone with motivation and enthusiasm to succeed, the successful candidate will need to be confident in making contact with cold and warm leads. The Role To generate and cultivate direct corporate business in existing locations and new sites as they develop. You will need to understand key client's accommodation requirements and effectively implement and account manage new and existing relationships within the business and deliver new business opportunities in line with agree targets and objectives. Through stable and effective key account management and identification of new opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with first tier clients, to ensure maximum education, retention, loyalty and a healthry sales pipeline in line with personal and business objectives. Develop and maintain these relationships to achieve or over achieve, targeted occupancy levels. Previous experience of apartment sales, hotel sales or business travel sales would be a bonus.
