Overview
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Key Account Manager for our client who is creating the role due to recent growth of the business. The role itself is scheduled for a June 2020 start, with the new subsidiary set to be up and running by July 2020. The KAM will mainly cover the South of England, but there could be the occasional travel to other parts of the UK to manage other key accounts. The main duties: Achieve all personal sales targets as defined by the Managing Director Be focused on growing and generating new business, increasing the customer base and sales revenue by the on boarding of new customers You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments within the company Manage the sales region effectively with effective time management. Identify customer needs through reactive and proactive sales management. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales / account management Highly motivated, and an ambitious attitude A technical sales background would be preferred - a minimum of 3 years Must be an excellent communicator and networker in order to maintain positive relationships CRM and MS Office skills are essential The Benefits: Company car Pension 22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays There will be an incentive scheme; this will discussed between yourself and the MD
