Overview
Are you a 'people person’? Do you enjoy working within a customer service environment or in a sales team? Future Personnel are looking for individuals to join a friendly and busy customer service team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with previous customer service experience, gained from within either a call centre or retail background. Main Duties: Taking incoming enquiries via telephone and email Help customers book an experience and up-sell packages where possible Engage with a wide range of customers to sell the companies products whilst offering excellent customer service Updating the companies CRM system with customers details and orders Key Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Flare for sales and keeping customers happy Fully IT proficient and able to pick up systems quickly This role is being offered with a basic of £18,000 per annum plus uncapped commission with highly achievable OTE of between £35k-40k. Career development is a real prospect within this company - with promotions achieved within 6-8 months to the next career level Individuals who hold sales experience within leisure, hospitality or a strong retail background will be preferable however personality is key to being successful within this role, with the successful individual being hungry, confident, a fast learner with excellent attention to detail and notable customer service skills.
