Overview
We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf a leading Contemporary and Modern Art Gallery based in Central London seeking to recruit a Luxury Sales Consultant to join their growing team. Candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients who either visit the gallery or who have previously visited and make a further enquiry. You will ensure all sales targets are met and exceeded whilst constantly enhancing relationships and building their collections. You will keep updated regarding the market, including emerging artists, so you are able to confidently converse with clients about collections and the market in general. Candidates will also represent the gallery at art fairs, exhibitions and other events to promote the brand and artists. Experience: - Candidates need to have a proven sales background within either an Art Gallery, Jewellery or other luxury goods environment. - It is essential candidates have proven communication and networking skills as well as the ability to operate within a busy sales environment. - Candidates need to be smart, presentable and personable. In return candidates can expect a competitive basic salary as well as a leading commission structure.
