Senior Lettings Manager £27,000 Basic OTE £40,000 ( Negotiable) Birmingham City / Edgbaston area My client has tow highly successful branches in Birmingham City Centre and Moseley. They are looking for a ARLA qualified ideally Lettings Manager to grow and manage there highly successful Lettings department across the two branches. The role is a busy one, you must be good at Business Development and Networking within the City Centre, and Edgbaston areas. You would be responsible for managing the Lettings team across the two offices, development and training and also looking at Branch KPI's and Targets. You will be attending landlord valuation's Growing the Lettings Business Increasing revenues Developing the brand within the city Dealing with investors to offer them exceptional opportunities within the City. Parking is available at the offices and there is tremendous scope for the future within this role.
