I am recruiting for a Sales Adviser for an Italian, luxury, brand, to be based in their Old Bond Street, London store. Our client is an Italian, luxury, lifestyle brand who is today synonymous with originality, quality and perfection through their distinctive blend of European quality, impeccable craftsmanship and timeless design. This Italian, Luxury brand was originally known as the "shoemaker to the stars" however, it has since expanded its collection to include ready-to-wear fashion lines and accessories. They are offering a competitive salary for a full-time, Sales Assistant to be located within their Old Bond Street, London store. As a Sales Adviser, you will be an ambassador for the brand, providing a distinctive and extraordinary, luxury customer experience. You will passionately guide every client through the brand's unique history and craftsmanship, nurturing a long-term, loyal relationship. You will have the ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment. You will be self motivated with the ability to work within a team and show consideration for your colleagues. You will be passionate about fashion and luxury, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Profile The luxury Sales Assistants here, are well presented, passionate and confident individuals who demonstrate the same superior standards expected from this Italian, luxury brand. As a Sales Assistant, you will consistently provide customers with an exceptional customer service experience which exceeds the customer's needs by greeting, assisting, listening and demonstrating excellent brand and product knowledge. As a Sales Assistant at this London store, you will provide the customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as demonstrating solid product knowledge in order to maximise sales opportunities. You will increase brand loyalty by communicating the culture of the brand and exhibiting a passion for fashion and luxury. You will ensure the customer is comfortable by acknowledging and adapting to different nationalities and personalities, taking into consideration both local and international clients. Key Responsibilities Provide an exceptional customer service experience that exceeds the customer's needs. Ensure visual displays are maintained in line with company policies and procedures. Update customer information according to company systems. You should have the ability to cross and up-sell across all product categories. Maintain appearance and grooming in line with company standards. Have a natural passion for fashion. Specific needs Proven experience in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail companies. Self-motivated with a proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store targets. Deep passion and understanding of the fashion and luxury retail business. You must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to adapt to a variety of customers. You should have strong communication skills and MUST be fluent in English. You should have exceptional grooming standards and these should remain in line with company standards. You must have the right to work within the UK (no sponsorship is available).
