Field-based Service/Sales Executive, London, Telecoms Provider, £50,000 OTE, Immediate Start A perfect opportunity for candidate(s) with a sociable personality and the desire to earn a lot of money Our client, an incredibly progressive Telecoms Provider who have received hundreds of millions of pounds' worth of investment over the last 5 years, are looking to recruit a number of sociable, hungry candidates to join their incredibly popular and lucrative field-based service/sales team. Our client have been established for close to 10 years and employ 200 FTE both in and out of their main London base. They offer an incredibly advanced Telecoms solution which has seen them grow exponentially over that time, employing a field-based team of 30 FTE (with plans to increase to 60 FTE very quickly) who convert new customer sign-ups on an hourly basis. Due to their recent investment and huge number of new locations assigned to them, they are now actively seeking a number of enthusiastic candidates to join their team on a permanent basis. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include: Visiting 40 B2C customers on a daily basis, within an assigned area of London (as close to your home as possible) Explaining the benefits of the company product (genuinely the best on the market for both price and download speed) to customers Converting customers to the company's Telecoms product Handling any additional customer queries in a friendly, positive manner In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following: Positive, sociable personality Hunger to progress career very quickly Ability to generate rapport with customers Excellent work ethic Articulate communication skills Smart business presentation No prior experience is required in order to excel in this role(s) - the most important factor is your personality, and ability to build relationships. To give some form of context as to how lucrative these role(s) can be with no previous experience required, their current star performer is only 12 months into his career (no work history prior to this - straight from education) and has earned just over £80k in his first year with the business (£an average of £4,500 in additional commission every month) - all this through hard work and a bit of personality In addition to a very competitive basic salary and an incredible earning potential, our client also progress candidates very quickly - it is more than realistic to assume that you will be given managerial duties within your first 6 months with the business (should you wish to pursue that route), which brings with it additional responsibilities and a basic pay rise Our client also offer regular incentives to their team - recently giving away electronic goods, spot cash bonuses and holidays to those who deliver Our client also offer a free Oyster card to ensure your travel to customers is paid for. The working hours for the role are as follows: Monday - Friday: 12.00pm - 8.00pm Our client are looking to move incredibly quickly and will offer fantastic training to those candidates brought on board.
