PH1188 - Telesales Team Leader - Food to Foodservice REWARDS: 22-26K Basic Salary, 28K OTE, Fully Expensed Car/Fuel Card Telesales Team Leader opportunity within Foodservice LOCATION : Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, Bath, Chepstow, Stroud THE COMPANY : We are one of the largest independent foodservice wholesalers in the UK and have a strong reputation in the market for the consistent quality of service and products to the foodservice and catering sector. We have developed from servicing a loyal account base regionally to almost National coverage and our comprehensive range include frozen, ambient and chilled lines. This diverse range allows to be able to provide a one stop solution to clients in both the profit and cost sector including pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, education and healthcare. We pride ourselves on being an excellent company to work for which is mirrored in the stability of our sales force. Due to continued growth of our business through acquisition we are seeking to add to our successful sales team a further strong foodservice industry sales professional. THE ROLE: We are currently looking to expand our internal Sales team with the addition of a Telesales Team leader. This is a great opportunity to support with leadership of our internal Sales and Customer service function. You will be managing a small team of Telesales executives in addition to managing accounts directly. The accounts managed are from a varied cross section of Foodservice end users including pubs, restaurants, hotels, education and healthcare. Due to the nature of the Foodservice sector this is a relationship driven role, with the main contact points being Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers. However, you will be proactively working to KPIs for both yourself and your team. THE APPLICANT The successful candidate will be from a strong internal sales background Candidates with internal Telesales or Telesales team leader experience within a Foodservice environment will be of strong interest. We are also keen to speak to candidates with Telesales Team leader experience in other commercial areas. We are also keen to speak to candidates with strong internal Telesales backgrounds seeking to step into a team leadership role.
