This is a very well known company and are seeking the very best of the best Benefits include: Free gym membership Sociable, vibrant and dynamic offices Monthly social events Quarterly bonus schemes On-the-spot cash incentives End of year prize for the top sales person (Previous winners have received holidays and watches) Job Role: Property Aquisition Consultnat (09.00am - 18.00pm Monday - Thursday) (09.00- 17.00pm Fridays) £25,000- £30,000 with £100,000 OTE London, W1S Duties include: Understand customer circumstances/requirements over the phone and identify the need for a quick sale; Research properties online and make initial cash offers to the customer; Build up and maintain relationships with the customer throughout the process up until completion of the purchase; Update company software in order to keep organised; Achieve key business KPI's. The successful candidate will have the following: The ability to negotiate; A bubbly, friendly and enthusiastic approach Possess boundless amounts of energy; A hardworking individual who will go above and beyond to achieve; Someone who wants to earn a lot of money The ability to stay positive; Excelled in a previous sales/ Customer service role; Property experience preferred, but not essential.
