Business Development Manager We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager for our well-established client in Birmingham. The successful candidate should be energetic and passionate, ideally come from an automotive background. If you are looking for long term career progression, then this is the role for you As a Business Development Manager, you will need to have: 3 years’ Experience within an automotive B2B environment Able to communicate and influence at all levels Self Motivated Take ownership of their own territory Able to build a strong working relationship with internal and external clients Able to strategies, implement and deliver growth and profitability campaigns to their business Have commercial awareness Professional Telephone manner Flexible working approach Good language skills, both written and verbal Experience of working with CRM systems Experience of working towards targets Good people skills Details: Salary: £28,000.00 plus commission (35k OTE) Working Hours: Monday – Friday Location: Birmingham Duration: Permanent Role of Business Development Manager: Report to the Sales Manager Deliver on individual KPI’s Contribute to department targets Drive growth and Profitability to your territory Proactive and develop a customer base Build relationships with clients Updating the CRM system Producing quotations for clients, and closing quotes to generate new business Attending sales meetings Work towards KPI’S General admin Benefits: Competitive bonus scheme Company Car Laptop Mobile Phone Pension Paid overtime 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays If you are interested in the above role, please click apply
