The ideal candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic and versatile. Innovation and creativity is at the heart of what we do and our fast paced business would be best suited to someone who is ready for a challenge, eager to learn new skills and develop their existing talents. The applicant candidate should be meticulously well organised, resourceful, reliable and a master of multi-tasking. They should have a fine eye for detail and be able to problem solve under pressure. They will also be flexible in regards to travel and be experienced in all Microsoft programs (particularly excel and power point) and DROPBOX.   Responsibilities Organise CEO’s busy schedule and co-ordinate meetings with team members, suppliers, partners, media and investors Book travel both nationally and internationally including flights, hotels, trains, car rentals etc…for CEO and team members Purchase offices sundries, food, and supplies for day to day operations Sourcing new opportunities, suppliers and products Prepping press, event & influencer outreach sample packages Assisting CEO in developing & compiling presentations for various speaking engagements and shareholder updates Research and cost analysis on new projects, opportunities and requirements Expenses & mileage reports for the CEO Conduct general office admin – copying, organizing file databases, etc Assist other senior team members with additional tasks   The Work Environment: Recently Renovated Dual Site HQ in the heart of Digbeth, Birmingham – the UK Start - Up Capital 4 years running National & International Travel will be required but not overly frequently Buzzing Central location with Easy Transport Links to London and Manchester Normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, although some work into the evenings, on weekends may be required as the business demands dictate   The Package: Market Leading Salary & Share Option Grants available for the perfect candidate.
