We have a rare vacancy for an International Retail Coach, to roll out an Operational Excellence Program across various global locations. Although we can only consider candidates with experience in a similar role, you will benefit from an intensive 6 week training programme, partly in the UK and partly overseas, to get you ready for this exciting challenge. You will need to have good experience of leading regional retail teams, implementing structure and discipline to their processes, and advising staff on brand standards, customer service and store compliance to ensure a high-level and consistent service offering across the multiple store sites. It's important to understand that this position requires someone to live in-market for several months at a time and needs commitment from someone who can relocate with few restrictions. You may still be considered if you have regional or national experience but want to make the step into an overseas role. As well as bringing retail coaching experience from a similar role, it is important to have a good level of IT literacy including Excel and Powerpoint. You will need to demonstrate this as part of the interview process. There is an excellent salary package on offer plus accommodation allowance and a very healthy travel budget including flights home.
