Overview

Responsible for leading partnerships in the UK. The UK Partner Account Manager will be required to do the following: Proactive seek & approach Partners to join Allocate’s partner programme. Assess the suitability of potential Partners for Allocate in line with the Allocate partner framework and criteria. Drive the strategic objectives of the Connect Partnership Programme at the UK level; namely enhanced customer experience and revenue generation. Lead and manage the full partner lifecycle from initial contact & qualification through to partner activation, revenue generation and continued partner account management. Work closely with R&D, Product, Marketing, Sales, Programme Management to deliver a successful partnership. Build solid, trusted relationships with Allocate UK partners, delivering a first-class partner experience. Communicate regularly within the UK business and Sales teams on partner progress. Responsible and accountable for partner generated revenue to the UK Business, hitting associated quarterly targets. Experience: Experience in a senior technical or solution-based sales role — preferably working with products involving sophisticated interfaces or within the domain of interoperability Working knowledge of Healthcare, IT and public sector sales Sales / Business Development / Partner / Channel Sales background with a track record of consistently hitting targets, opening doors and delivering revenue Experience of working at all levels of an organisation to C - Level Skills: Commercially driven A skilful negotiator — can demonstrate a track record of 'win-win’ agreements Confident relationship builder Highly communicative and diligent Motivating and enthusiastic Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders (both internal and external t the company) A technical background preferable — can speak 'tech’ to engineers and translate complexity into understandable concepts to professionals Demonstrable ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible A strategic thinker who can see the bigger longer-term picture and visualise the partner evolution & long term opportunity for value creation to Allocate and Client. Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to handle multiple sales scenarios, following process, closing, negotiating and capitalising on market trends and needs
