Are you an ambitious and organised Telesales Advisor? Want to join a friendly office in a company that cares about their customers and quality service? Then read on TELESALES ADVISOR Up to £20,000 per annum, dependant on experience. Full Time or Part Time Monday to Friday (9am to 4pm) 4 days per week from 9.30am to 3pm Our client is an expanding manufacturing company working with Housing Associations and House Developers. Over the years they have continuously invested in the design, development and redesign of a new generation of canopies with the ability to re-create classic styles and traditional appearances using modern lightweight materials. Key Roles and Responsibilities Required to call existing customers and research into new customers. Follow up on important quotes. Calling existing clients for further business. Online research for Local Authority developments. Prepare and Manage quotes. Prepare Tender Documents Manage the customer database Must be confident with good customer service skills, enjoy making outbound calls. Must have previous experience in telesales role. Creative thinking skills Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation Good sales ability. Good working knowledge of computer software.
