Overview
Pertemp's Crawley are working with an innovative and industry leading company who require an Online Sales/Marketing Executive to join their growing team. Duties include: -Ensure the customers emails and queries are responded to in a timely manner -Maintain communication throughout the customers projects in order to maximise key relationships -Produce reports for each project to show the customer the end results -Ensure the projects are completed within the agreed times with the customer -Work closely with the Account Managers and Sales team to ensure you are providing the best possible service The ideal candidate will have: -Experience dealing within the marketing/media industry -Proactive approach -Strong customer communication skills -Previous experience in a Sales Executive role within the Marketing industry preferred
