PRE-SALES SOFTWARE ENGINEER (C# / JavaScript) WEST LONDON Up to £60,000 £100,000 OTE Excellent Benefits THE PRE-SALES SOFTWARE ENGINEER (C# / JavaScript) OPPORTUNITY: We are currently working on behalf of a long established SAAS solutions business located in West London. This highly innovative business boasts an impressive client base which is continuing to grow at a rapid rate due to the demand for their cutting-edge solutions. To support their growth, they are now seeking a Pre-Sales Software Engineer who will work closely with the Sales team to demonstrate the solution to prospective clients and upon onboarding of the client, the successful candidate will work closely with the client to customise the solution to meet their needs. The Pre-Sales Software Engineer will need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to converse with both technical & non-technical contacts, be confident in demonstrating the product and have the technical software skills (C# / JavaScript) to customise the pre-existing Software to each client. THE PRE-SALES SOFTWARE ENGINEER (C# / JavaScript) RESPONSIBILITIES: Working as part of the Solutions that support the EMEA Sales team from a Pre-Sales & Post Sales capacity. Providing pre-sales Technical support at all stages of the sales cycle Communicating via phone, video and face to face meetings with prospective clients Delivering product demonstrations to Technical and Non-Technical clients Gather customer technical requirements / details of environment for review and development of on-boarding strategy Working closely with enterprise clients Post Sale to customise systems by making coding changes in C# & JavaScript Provide support for customers post sale, working closely with enterprise customers and delivering service reviews to ensure the client is achieving value from the solution Respond Responding to product and technical queries through a multitude of channels Keep up to date with competitors' solutions and continue to develop best practices Work closely with the development team to keep up to date with solutions and their improvements Gather customer technical requirements / details of environment for review and development of on-boarding strategy Direct and coordinate cross-functional company resources required to support prospects needs based on potential revenue and strategic impact Ensure what is sold can be delivered and can deliver real benefits to the client Serve as a conduit of customer and prospect-related service requirements to Product Management for roadmap consideration Attend conferences / events where appropriate THE PRE-SALES SOFTWARE ENGINEER (C# / JavaScript) PERSON: Pre-Sales, Post Sales or Implementation experience required within a Software environment Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with C-Level, Technical & Non-Technical Clients Experience of C# & JavaScript to customise existing software code to customise solutions (Not Full Development Cycle) Experience of coordinating and delivering implementations for client A computer science degree is advantageous Strong Written and verbal communication skills To Apply: Please send your CV for immediate consideration Get Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
