Overview

Role- Head of Solutions - Account Manager Location- London E1 Salary- £30,000 per annum uncapped commission OTE £60,000 to £70,000 Our prestigious client is looking for a Head of Solutions to join the Senior Leadership team and help take their company to the next level. The role is an Account management role. The Company is an analytics company, it has developed AI technology for generating highly accurate, detailed insight from the unstructured data (such as call transcripts, chat, logs etc.) in a contact centre.).The company is venture capital funded and has won its first long-term contracts this year with many partners. Its GTM model is primarily through BPOs, global consultancies, contact centre software, and specialist customer experience providers, as well as directly to customer-centric brands. It has business and prospects in the UK, Europe and US and has won multiple awards in Europe and Silicon Valley.
