Resourcer / Key Account Manager Salary: Negotiable Commission Location: Central Leeds, LS1 Hours: 08:30-17:30 Mon - Thurs. 08:30am-17:00pm Fridays Jo Holdsworth Recruitment is an independent recruitment consultancy who have been established for over 15 years, in that time we have successfully built a strong reputation in the Leeds market, we grew our client base significantly during 2018, our most successful year to date, and have continued to build on this growth throughout 2019. Following the purchase and renovation of our new offices in the city centre we are looking to further increase our headcount as we move into 2020 and are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer/Account Manager who we can invest time into training. Initially you will be trained on the candidate side of the business to ensure your skills are strong as a resourcer, however working very closely alongside a Managing Consultant you will quickly be able to evolve and be trained on the client side of the business and step into the role of an Account Manager. Working alongside a Managing consultant you will be trained on how to CV search, understand the profiles, experience our clients look for and the appropriate questions to ask prospective candidates. You will also attend business client meetings with the Managing Consultant you are supporting to build up relationships directly and to ensure you have a thorough understanding of what they are looking for, enabling you to have the best success rates possible when matching candidates. Responsibilities Supporting with specific recruitment drives to source suitable candidates Sourcing candidates via a variety of job boards Screening candidates via telephone Screening candidates in person in face to face registrations Administration - writing job adverts, ensuring job descriptions have been sent to candidates, writing candidate profiles etc. Attending client meetings across West Yorkshire with a Managing Consultant Evolving overtime and taking over the general management of the clients you visit Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required Experience of having worked in a fast paced environment Ideally a background in some form of sales, having previously worked towards targets/KPI’s Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential Clear, confident and engaging telephone manner Demonstrated experience of having to be persistent, resilient and self-motivated A consistent work history, or if recently out of education an ability to demonstrate sticking power through out of work activities e.g. Competitive sport A genuine want to be successful and to develop as a professional within the recruitment field Perks and Benefits Newly renovated, light airy spacious office space based in the city Centre (5 minute walk from the train station) Excellent earning potential which will grow year on year Ample progression/development opportunities Additional individual incentives on a bi-yearly basis Generous holiday entitlement with your birthday off and additional floating hours for you to use at your leisure Quarterly team nights out Company laptop with full remote access and market leading databases Full administrative support from our business support function Highly supportive team environment all round Due to the amount of response we receive, unfortunately we are not able to give feedback to individuals, if you have not heard back within 5 days please assume that you have not been successful for the role you have applied for.
