Role: Sales Engineer Location: Head office - Solihull Covering Birmingham South and South UK Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 Company Car / Car Allowance Bonus Would you like to work for a global industrial capital equipment manufacturer? Are you from an Engineering background with a strong Knowledge base across General Industry, Automotive and Oil sectors? Our Client: Our client is an Industrial Products supplier of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps into the Automotive, Industrial, Shipping, Oil Refinery and Marine industries. The client is offering a fantastic and clear opportunity for progression. Role Responsibilities: Working out of the office based in South Birmingham, covering Birmingham South and the south of the UK you will be responsible for: Communicating with existing customers and identifying new customers in the area Strategic business development of sales opportunities within the sales area Growing sales across multiple market sectors Learn the technical details concerning how our software works and what problems it solves for our clients Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis Role Requirements: The role requires you to have a previous and proven background in Sales Fully knowledge of both Centrifugal and Positive Displacement Pump principals Experience in General Industry, Automotive and Oil sectors Computer Literacy Excellent communication and leadership skills
