My client has been regognised and voted by industry experts as one of the coolest Luxury Fashion retailers across Europe, they are currently recruiting for a talented Branch manager / Store manager for their Boutique based at Chelsea. The role of the branch manager / store manger will be the following: Ensure that the store meets and exceeds its targets. Customer service is of the highest standards at all times The Branch manager will be a role model for your team and with your own service standards Develop good relations with your team and Senior Management Maintain a high performance team through effective management of productivity, individual targets, employee relations and coaching on areas of development Manage and maintain staff scheduling and meet payroll budgets, remaining reactive to trading patterns Manage your teams rota effectively and ensure optimum cover during peak trading periods As a branch manager you will ensure your store maintains excellent visual presentation which is consistent with company guidelines. The Ideal Branch manager/store manager will be the following: Minimal Two years store management experience Retail fashion background Ability to drive sales and man manage your team Well presented and a role model for the brand and staff.
